Can I apply for a Master’s program in Europe with only a Medium of Instruction (MOI) certificate?

Some European universities may consider an MOI certificate.

However, for most Master’s programs especially in competitive destinations universities usually require a recognized English language test such as IELTS or TOEFL.

Therefore, MOI alone is generally not sufficient.
